What's New at the Library
The Library is pleased to announce the opening of the new Heritage Cafe at the southwest corner of the library. Located in the space previously occupied by The Heritage Room and a portion of the Library Instruction Lab, customers can visit the Heritage Cafe on their way in or out of the library.
Middle Level, Biola University Library January 26 - August 7, 2015
At the 2014 Fall Convocation, President Barry Corey introduced the idea of "Life Together" as this year’s university theme. In response to the annual theme, art and design students taking Integrated Design II were asked to meditate on the theme of "Life Together" through the development of unique interactive methodologies for image making.
In conjunction with the opening of the new Heritage Cafe, the Library has revisited its food policy. In developing this policy we focused on providing patrons with a variety of options for their study environment while being good stewards of our valuable resources.
The Library is in the process of reclassifying some of our books from the Dewey Decimal System to the Library of Congress Classification system, so that books on the same subject can be grouped together.
