Illustrated Bible Stories

Lower Level, Library, 2016 Spring Semester

This semester the Special Collections department of the Library is exhibiting several collections of illustrated Bible stories. At the present time, illustrations from the Macklin Bible and the Le Clerc Bible Picture Book are on display on the Lower Level along the north wall of the Library.

Torah Scrolls

Torah: The Story of the Scrolls

Middle Level, Library, February 1 - August 1, 2016

Torah: The Story of the Scrolls is presented by the Museum of Biblical and Sacred Writings and seeks to explain the history and significance of the Torah Scroll, which is the Five Books of Moses inscribed by hand on the skin of a kosher animal.
